Facts What does Community Credit Line do with your personal information?
Why? Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.
What? The types of personal information we collect and share depends on the product or service you have with us. This information can include:

Please Note: if you are a new customer, we can begin sharing your information 30 days from the date we sent this notice unless you have expressly directed us to immediately share your information. When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice.

What we do
How does Community Credit Line protect my personal information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.
All information collected is stored in a technically and physically secure environment.
How does Community Credit Line collect my personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you
• Apply for a loan
• Give us your income information
• Provide employment information
• Provide account information
• Give us your contact information
We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.
Why can’t I limit all sharing? Federal law gives you the right to limit only
• Sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes, information about your creditworthiness
• Affiliates from using your information to market to you
• Sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you
What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else? Your choices will apply to everyone on your account.
Definitions
Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial or nonfinancial companies.
Prime Credit Line
Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial or nonfinancial companies.

Joint Marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

*Community Credit Line is a tribal lending entity wholly owned by the Big Lagoon Rancheria Band of Yurok and Tolowa Indians of the Big Lagoon Rancheria (“Tribe”), a sovereign nation located within the United States of America and a federally recognized Indian tribe that is created for the benefit of the Tribe and operating pursuant to Tribal law, and is operating within the Tribe’s Reservation. Community Credit Line reviews and approves loans in the Tribe’s offices. Community Credit Line is a licensed tribal lender in compliance with the Tribe’s Consumer Financial Services Regulatory Code, a copy of which can be found here Big Lagoon Rancheria Tribal Consumer Financial Services Regulatory Code. Applications processed and approved before 3:45 P.M. MST are typically funded the next business day. In some cases, we may not be able to verify your application information and may ask you to provide certain documents. You may refer to the Loan Cost & Terms section for additional details however complete disclosures of APR, fees and payment terms are provided within the Loan Agreement.

Notice: This is an expensive form of credit. Community Credit Line provides loans which are designed to help you meet your short-term and/or emergency borrowing needs. Appropriate emergencies might be a car repair, medical care for you or your family, or travel expenses in connection with your job. This service is not intended to provide a solution for longer-term credit or other financial needs. Alternative forms of credit may be less expensive and more suitable for your financial needs. Alternative sources you could consider include: a credit card cash advance; personal loans; home equity line of credit; existing savings; or borrowing from a friend or relative. Individuals with credit difficulties should seek credit counseling. We encourage clients to pay in full as soon as possible without any pre-payment penalty, doing so will result in cost savings.
