a. No! We are the opposite of any other short-term loan lender you’ve ever worked with! If that sounds too good to be true, read through the following questions and answers to see for yourself.
a. Because we understand that funds are often tight, we offer a generous grace period from the time you take out a loan with us until the first payment is due. Our average initial grace period is 23 days.
a. Absolutely. Because we appreciate how conscientious our clients are about being financially responsible, we will always work with you. If your payment due date is approaching and you know you’re going to need another day or two to get your ducks in a row, please don’t hesitate to call us! We will adjust your account and give you an extra 3-business-days grace period to make your payment on time.
a. No! We do not charge any late fees. Nobody loves to have a payment bounce and the last thing we want to do is make things worse. Our goal is to help our clients get back on their feet without slamming them with additional fees.
a. No problem! We offer several extensions over the life of a loan and payment plan options as well. We love our clients and want to help you out in any way that we can! If you can’t make a payment, call in and talk with your relationship manager and we’ll be sure to get you taken care of.
a. No. This is why we offer extensions to our clients. There are no late fees and no double payment is required. We understand that things come up and we appreciate our clients’ honesty when they call in to let us know what is going on. Because of your excellent repayment history, we are always willing to work with you.

Applications processed and approved before 3:45 P.M. MST are typically funded the next business day. In some cases, we may not be able to verify your application information and may ask you to provide certain documents. You may refer to the Loan Cost & Terms section for additional details however complete disclosures of APR, fees and payment terms are provided within the Loan Agreement.
